——設計安裝于前橋與車架底盤前方的連接部位。主要作用是增強前底橫梁(前橋)與底盤的連接強度,減小離心力與車身扭曲造成的前橋位移形變,其主要作用同樣是改善過彎性能;
5.后輪避震塔塔頂平衡拉桿(俗稱:后頂吧。選裝件)
——設計安裝于后避震塔塔頂?shù)奈恢蒙?。主要作用是增強車尾箱的強度,減小車廂后部由于離心力造成的橫向扭曲,減小過彎時車尾部的側傾度,提高車輛過彎性能;
6.后橋懸掛增強平衡拉桿(俗稱:后底吧。選裝件)
——設計安裝于后橋與車架底盤后方的連接位置上。主要作用是加強后橋與車架的連接強度;
7.車架(車身)底盤增強平衡拉桿(組件)
——設計安裝于車架底盤的中間部位,主要作用是加強車架底盤的整體剛性。
視車輛出廠設計,車架結構不同,有些被省略,有些被其他的結構取代。
家庭型車輛通常不太講究這些裝備,但運動型車輛,則寧多勿少。
此外,還有為了增強車身整體剛性而專業(yè)改裝的車身(駕駛艙內)防滾支撐架與側門加強鋼梁等,都是專業(yè)性較強的競技必備改裝項目。
平衡桿的取材非常講究,不是普通鋼材所能輕易取代。既要求質量盡量輕,又要求其配合車身材料的硬度,達到與之剛柔并濟而形成一個融洽的整體。
不同底盤設計的車型,通常不能以其他車型的配件隨意代用。
發(fā)生嚴重碰撞事故后,相關產(chǎn)生形變的平衡桿及其組件,應當全部更換,而不是用加熱矯正就可以完全修復的,否則,即便修正復位,但材質本身的變化,也會影響到高速行駛的安全和穩(wěn)定性。
